Student Jobs at NU-Q
Student employment jobs are available for all current NU-Q students. Students can work up to 20 hours per week and can earn up to $5,000 per six-month period (Jan 7 – Jun 30 and Jul 1 - Dec 31). The submission/approval of falsely worked hours and/or working in excess of allowable hours will result in a loss of privilege to use the Student Employment program at NU-Q. All student jobs are advertised for a minimum of 5 days.

Time entry (WFS)
Northwestern University hourly employees use a system called WFS to log hours worked. Students who work at NU-Q will need to access the WFS web-site to log their hours in order to get paid.
