Understanding Your CAESAR Account
- Account Balance - This figure calculated by subtracting credits and payments made to your account. It does not include Anticipated Aid as this funding has not yet been officially posted. Note: This figure reflects real-time activity and therefore may not match your quarter bill if transactions have occurred since your last statement.
- Total Anticipated Aid - This refers to pending credits that have not yet been officially applied to your account. It’s possible more action is needed before this money can be posted. See your To-Do List in CAESAR for more information on any outstanding tasks.
- Adjusted Balance - The adjusted balance is your account balance minus the anticipated aid. If all transactions that appear on the account are completed as planned, this is your anticipated future balance.
