Student Position: Academic Advising Department Assistant (Fall 2024)
Responsibilities:
- Staffing the front desk, and attending to queries from faculty, staff, students, and external visitors
- Ability to handle various equipment within the department and, perform simple tasks like photocopying, scanning, bookbinding, etc.
- Supporting the maintenance of the storage room.
- Other tasks as assigned
