Coping with recent events

Counseling and Wellness recognizes the detrimental impact racism, prejudice and discrimination have on mental health. Counseling and Wellness is available to assist students' processing of how systems of oppression/traumatic events impact emotions, beliefs, and identities.  *If you experience/observe discrimination, bias or hate-related incidents at NU-Q, please consider reporting it here.

Counseling and Wellness counseling records are strictly confidential and are not part of a student's educational record.  Counseling and psychological services are provided to currently enrolled NU-Q students.
