Student Position: Bookstore Assistant 3
Responsibilities:
- Setting new goals and deadlines weekly for all bookstore employees
- Provide excellent customer service displaying of knowledge of merchandise and professionalism and be able to assist with any problems BA1 employees might face with day-to-day tasks
- Helping manage all bookstore operations
- Delegate tasks to other student employees and raise any concerns to the Bookstore Manager in a timely manner
- Taking on the leadership role within the bookstore by mentoring and training BA1 employees
- Setting new goals and deadlines weekly for all bookstore employees
- Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Position is open for Seniors and outstanding Juniors only and requires prior experience working within the NU-Q Bookstore (2 or more years)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly analytical and organized individual with great attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and self-reliance skills
- Must be an independent critical thinker who needs minimal to no supervision
