Become a course assistant for Arab Television Industries, where you’ll help facilitate interactive activities, support insightful presentations, and engage with industry guests who bring real-world expertise to the classroom!
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the input of non-graded work
- Coordinating library course reserves
- Scheduling student presentations
- Other administrative or support functions as assigned
- Student Support:
- Facilitate group work by mediating group dynamics and organization.
- Mentorship of student peers in library research, production, or other study skills
- Troubleshoot technical issues during presentations or workshops.
- In-class Assistance:
- Help set up and manage in-class activities, such as case studies and guest presentations.
- Coordinate materials or technology needed for presentations.
- Track attendance and participation during sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good academic, integrity, and conduct standing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask, initiate and follow-through on projects, plan ahead, and manage time.
- Display strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to work professionally with peers
- Knowledge of CANVAS
- Exemplary study habits and research/production skills
