Student Position: Course Assistant 4 - MIT 398 Public Diplomacy
Sunday-Tuesday 2:30pm-3:45pm (14:30-15:45)
Responsibilities:
- Attend and be available for all MIT 398 classes throughout the semester
- Assist in keeping careful records of student attendance
- Manage the input of non-graded work
- Scanning, photocopying, and uploading course materials
- Coordinating library course reserves
- Scheduling student presentations
- Organizing and distributing learning materials
- Other administrative or support functions as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good academic, integrity, and conduct standing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask, initiate and follow-through on projects, plan ahead, and manage time.
- Display strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CANVAS
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to work professionally with peers
