Student Position: Course Assistant 2
Responsibilities:
- To attend course sessions: Mon & Wed. 10 - 11.15 am.
- Assist in keeping careful records of student attendance
- Manage the input of non-graded work
- Scanning, photocopying, and uploading course materials
- Coordinating library course reserves
- Scheduling student presentations
- Organizing and distributing learning materials
- Other administrative or support functions as assigned
- Design Canvas learning modules at the instructor’s direction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good academic, integrity, and conduct standing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-disciplined, organized and motivated to work hard
- Ability to multitask, initiate and follow-through on projects, plan ahead, and manage time
- Dedicated to helping students' learning in the course
- Knowledge of CANVAS
- Capacity to work professionally with peers
