Student Position: Research Assistant 2
Responsibilities:
- Developing general literature reviews and finding relevant literature
- Collecting relevant studies about the health and mental health system in Turkey, including the types of health insurance, the incidence of mental health disorders, etc.
- Collecting other research related to seeking information about mental health
- Translating research materials between Turkish and English
- Keeping meeting minutes for workshops/meetings conducted online
- Other tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Eastern European and Balkan cultures
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluent Turkish (reading, listening, and speaking); strong English writing proficiency
- High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with faculty supervision in a collegial manner
- Demonstrated ability to follow-through on projects, to proactively plan, and to manage time-sensitive matters
